Position: Paramedic.
Location: San Antonio, TX.
Job Type: Travel Assignment.

Overview:
Join a private EMS company primarily providing inter-facility transfers, with the potential to support local 911 services as needed. This is a great opportunity for experienced paramedics looking for a structured, high-paying rotational schedule.

Assignment Details:

Duration: 16 weeks.
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday).
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts.
Compensation: $6,220 per 14-day work period.
Travel Stipend: $400 included in pay.
Pay Frequency: Biweekly.
Call Volume: Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift.
Lodging: Provided during scheduled work weeks only.

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency medical services and patient transport.
Respond to inter-facility transfers and 911 calls as needed.
Deliver high-quality patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–3 years paramedic experience.

Work Schedule May Include:

Day and evening shifts.
Night and overnight shifts.
Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certifications Required:

BLS Certification (Required).
PALS Certification (Required).
ACLS Certification (Required).
Texas EMS or EMS Compact State License (Required).
