Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (full-desk recruiting), including business development, client relationships, and candidate recruitment.
- Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare providers to meet client staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and update applicant information within the ATS.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, manage offer negotiations, and guide candidates through credentialing and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and high-quality customer service to both clients and healthcare providers to ensure assignments run smoothly.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years of full desk recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
